The 309 is a one-piece pull-on shapewear garment with adjustable spaghetti straps that can be completely removed. Designed with a thong bottom for no panty lines and a cotton-lined 2 row hook and eye closure in the crotch to adjust for torso length. The front panel is made from natural hevea latex that shapes and compresses the abdomen, giving you an instant hourglass shape and flat tummy. The back panel is made from strong powernet fabric designed to trim the back and provide light support. Thong bottom allows for a natural shape without flattening. Shapewear Measuring TipsUsing the size chart below, find your height at the top of the chart and follow the column down until you find your weight. Then, Follow the row over to the size that is most appropriate for you. Measure the smallest part on your waist and your hips aroung the fullest part. If your hips are more than 10 inches larger than your waist, take the next largest size. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline keeping the tape comfortably loose. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the body, at the top of the legs.
Bust: Measure under arms around the fullest part of bust.
Underbust: Measure under bosom. Bra Measurements: To determine the cup, measure your underbust. Add 4 or 5 to this number to determine your band size. Subtract your band size from your bust measurement. If the difference is: - 1" your cup is A
