Return Policy and Limited Guarantee Against Defects
You must contact us regarding specific return instructions for your return/exchange.
Request your RA number and the address where to return your item(s) from us at sales@KabrinisSecret.com
NOTE: Your RA Number must be written on the outside of your return package.
We work with several manufacturers and not all items are returned directly to us.
We are not responsible for items returned to the wrong address. While we will assist you in any way we can to help locate your package returned to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued until we are in possession of the merchandise.
Non-Returnable Items: Please select these items with care:
• Gift Certificates have no expiration date and are non-returnable
• Costumes including Costume Accessories
• Clearance Merchandise / Sale Merchandise are not returnable.
• Stockings and pantyhose are not returnable once they have been removed from their original packages.
• Items with any amount of pet hair or pet dander on them.
• Garments with stains, powder, deodorant, scuffs, dirt, grease or other marks on them.
• Items with boning that have been bent, folded, shaped or removed (be sure to ship items that contain boning in the same condition as they were received – do not bend or fold the items.
• Items that have been altered, washed, worn for any period of time, or tried on without a protective barrier (i.e. a clean pair of underwear).
• Garments that smell of smoke, perfume, body odor, laundry detergent or other scents.
• Panties or items that cover the crotch such as thongs, g-strings, Tonga bottoms, underwear, thong shapewear.
• Custom made items

Ujena Swimwear, Dresses, & Womens Sleepwear: (Exchanges Only)
Consider your home our dressing room. When you buy any Ujena swimwear, sexy dresses, or sleepwear items from Kabrini’s, you have the opportunity to try on the item under your own conditions. If you need to make an exchange, your return exchange item(s) must be in new condition with the hang tags and sanitary strips attached. Health regulations stipulate clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, smell of smoke or laundered CAN NOT be accepted back. Non coverage bottoms (G-String, Thong, Tonga, etc) are not returnable due to sanitation reasons.
Exchange items must be exchanged for items from either our Swimsuits for Women, Sexy Dresses, or Women’s Sleepwear categories. All returned items for exchange must be the same value or greater. If the exchange items requested are of lesser value than the returned items there are no refunds or credits. If you return an item to exchange for one that is more expensive, then the additional cost would need to be paid prior to shipment.
The fee for an exchange for our line of sexy dresses, sleepwear, and swimwear is $12. (The charge we receive from our mfg to exchange the product for you). If you need to expedite your delivery, then the additional shipping costs would need to be paid before we ship your exchange item(s) to you.
All exchanges for Ujena swimwear, sexy dresses, or sleepwear must be made within 7 days from the time you received your order. Please send us a request for an exchange form at http://www.kabrinissecret.com/contact_us.php . Along with the exchange form you receive from us, you will need to include your original (Pink) packing slip and product(s) you are exchanging.
We must receive your exchange item(s) in brand new condition. If your return is missing the original packaging, if the tags have been removed, or if it looks or smells of smoke, perfume, body odor, laundry detergent or other scents, if it's excessively wrinkled, etc., it will be sent back to you at your expense.
What is Kabrini’s Return / Exchange Policy?
While we strive to provide 100% error-free shipping, we are human and we do make mistakes. In the unlikely event that you received the wrong item or the item(s) you received was damaged in any way, please contact our customer service department at sales@KabrinisSecret.com within 7 days to let us know about the issue. We will issue you a return shipping label and we will not charge you for shipping the replacement merchandise.
We have a No-Hassle return policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt credit or exchange. We want you to love your purchase, every time you shop, so simply return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card.
Please Note that exchanges are processed as a return.
You must place a new order and return the exchange item for credit. (Returned items without a new exchange order will be treated as a return and subject to a 15% restocking fee)
Note: Your Replacement Order must be placed prior to your refund being issued to avoid paying the restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 business days from date received for your return/exchange to be processed. Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable.

International Exchanges:
International customers who are requesting an exchange must place a new order and return the exchange item for credit. (Returned items without a new exchange order will be treated as a return and subject to a 15% restocking fee)
Holiday Return Policy:
We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas, Valentine's Day and traditional gift giving holidays. Therefore, returnable items purchased from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day. All other terms for returns apply.
Customer refused shipments will result in a 20% restocking fee. Packages returned to our warehouse as undeliverable may be re-shipped for an additional shipping and handling charge.
