    Things to remember when returning and/or exchanging an item:

    • By law, intimate garments that contain a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on without a protective barrier. Please wear your own clean underwear when trying on these items. We regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the item has been tried on without an additional undergarment or that have been worn for any period of time.
    • Please do not wear lotions, perfumes, powders, or deodorants when trying on your items. Also, please ensure that all items have been treated with care & respect (i.e. do not let your pets lay on them, do not leave them on the floor, do not smoke around the item or while trying it on.)
    • Items that have been washed are non-returnable.
    • Please ensure that all portions of the item's packaging are included with your return/exchange. This includes all bags, boxes, envelopes, and any other packaging that came with your order. There is no need to return promotional materials including special offers, discounts, coupons, catalogs, or the original envelope that was sent with your order.
    • Returned merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsalable. Please return the item(s) in a sturdy package to ensure that the items are protected and retain their shape and quality. Any items that are returned bent or folded (with boning or wires), misshapen, smashed, stuffed, or damaged due to the manner in which they were shipped will not be accepted for a return/exchange. Please do not use fiber-filled envelopes to ship the garments back to us.
    • We recommend that you ship via Certified or Insured mail for your protection. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or packages arriving damaged during shipping. Non-returnable items: Here are a few examples of garments that are non-refundable:
    • Stockings and pantyhose are not returnable once they have been removed from their original packages.
    • Items with any amount of pet hair or pet dander on them.
    • Garments with stains, powder, deodorant, scuffs, dirt, grease or other marks on them.
    • Items with boning that have been bent, folded, shaped or removed (be sure to ship items that contain boning in the same condition as they were received – do not bend or fold the items.
    • Items that have been altered, washed, worn for any period of time, or tried on without a protective barrier (i.e. a clean pair of underwear).
    • Garments that smell of smoke, perfume, body odor, laundry detergent or other scents.
    • Panties or items that cover the crotch such as thongs, g-strings, Tonga bottoms, underwear.
    • Costumes and Clearance / Sale items are not returnable.
    • Custom made items
    • Item marked as Clearance - Sale Final... Please select these items with care

    Please include the following with your return shipment:

    • Your RMA Number Written On The Outside Of The Package.
    • The first and last name of the person who ordered the item.
    • A valid email address and telephone number.
    • The order number and/or the original invoice.
    • The item (in new condition) with all packaging and tags intact.
    • A note of explanation for all exchanges, returns, errors or damaged products.
    • A detailed explanation of the desired item to be exchanged (if applicable) – Name of the item, style number (if available), size, color, and any other information needed to fulfill your order.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet any of the above criteria. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth return/exchange process.
    • Unauthorized returns will be refused.

    EXCHANGES:

    If you need to EXCHANGE your item for a different color, size or style...

    Exchanges are simple. Request your RMA number and the address where to return your item(s) from us at sales@KabrinisSecret.com . Ship the item(s) you wish to exchange (along with your original invoice number) back us within 30 days after you receive your order. All orders must be postmarked by the 29th day after the order was received. You will need to pay for the postage to send the package back to us. Once we receive the package at our warehouse, we will process your exchange and send the specified exchange item(s) provided the desired item is in stock. Please allow 3-5 business days processing time. If the desired item is unavailable or out of stock, we will contact you. The shipping charges for the first exchange are on us. You will be responsible for the shipping charges of any additional exchanges.

    If there is a discrepancy in price between the exchanged items & the original order amount (including discounts & taxes) of less than $3, we will not require you to pay for the difference. If the discrepancy is more than $3, we will need to collect that amount before the exchanged items can ship. Because we do not hold credit card information in our system, we will contact you if we need to make payment arrangements. If you would like to expedite this process, you can include a check or money order for the additional amount due with your exchange. If the discrepancy is in your favor, we will issue you a store credit for the amount due.

    RETURNS: All Refunds Are Made In Store Credit Only

    If you need to RETURN an item that didn't fit, you didn't like or you didn't want...

    Returns for store credit are simple too. Request your RMA number and the address where to return your item(s) from us at sales@KabrinisSecret.com . Follow the instructions above and send the item(s) you wish to return to us within 30 days after you receive your order. Your order must be postmarked by the 29th day after you received your order to be considered for a full store credit. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue you a store credit. You will receive a 100% store credit of the purchase price including discounts and taxes if your items meet all return requirements. We regret that we are unable to issue a credit for shipping charges regardless of circumstances once the order has been shipped.

    If you are returning a portion of your order that has previously been exchanged, you will be given a store credit minus the price of shipping the exchange. This includes the “first free exchange” offer and any subsequent shipping charges that you were not billed for.

    PLEASE NOTE: If your purchase qualified for a discount or promotion (including a “Free Shipping” promotion), and you return a portion of your order you may be responsible for the original shipping charges and/or have the discount deducted from your store credit. If, after a return, your paid merchandise total is below the promotional minimum specified, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any discounts or shipping fees. All other conditions apply.

    Holiday Return Policy for Store Credit

    We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas, Valentine's Day and traditional gift giving holidays. Therefore, returnable items purchased from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day. All other terms for returns apply.

    All customer refused shipments will result in a 15% restocking fee. Packages returned to our warehouse as undeliverable may be re-shipped for an additional shipping and handling charge.

    Most of our products delivery times are typically between 1-10 business days depending on the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). We can't guarantee that every item will be in stock. Items that are not currently in stock will be placed on backorder.   17. How do you convert a man’s shoes size to a lady’s shoes size?
    Shoes fit differently. Our best rule of thumb is a two-size increase. A man’s 9 converts to a woman’s 11. Please check our conversion chart for more information.

  18. What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material?
    Patent, either patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. Pu, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive than leather. Stretch, either patent or pu, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.

    Use Patent Glow. Do NOT use water or alcohol as they may rid the material of its shininess.

  20. How can I change batteries on my light-up shoes?
    Peel up the silver sock lining material where the ball of the foot touches, carefully remove the lighting mechanism, replace the old battery with the new one, place it back, and, using hair dryer, blow hot air at the back of the sock lining material where the glue was for a few seconds, then firmly press it back.

    The word lingerie does not appear anywhere on the package for discreetness, and no one will be able to tell what's in the package. Your order will arrive in either a plain white envelope or a priority mail box.
